Books are sent in the US by priority mail. Costs are as follows:

Book Orders totaling under $50.00, add $7.00.
Orders from $50.01 to $75.00, add $10.00.
Orders from $75.01 to $100.00, add $11.00.
Orders from $100.01 to $150.00, add $12.00.
Orders from $150.01 to $200.00, add $14.00.
Orders from $200.01 to $300.00, add $16.00.
Orders from $300.01 to $500.00, add $18.00.

For orders above $500.00, send an email for rates.

For US Fed Ex 3 day delivery if available, add $10.00 to above rates.
For US Fed Ex overnight delivery if available, add $22.00 to above rates.

Orders sent outside the US:
for surface mail add $9.00 to the above rates.
for air mail add $22.00 to the above rates.
